The color concentration reaches 1:25-1:50 (ratio of masterbatch to base material), the whiteness value L*>95 (CIE Lab standard), and the twin-screw dynamic dispersion process ensures uniform distribution of pigments, effectively eliminating defects such as color spots and flow marks on the surface of injection molded parts.
Strong process adaptability
The melt index (MFI) range is 2-35g/10min (190℃/2.16kg), which is suitable for various resin systems such as HDPE, PP, ABS, etc., and the temperature resistance reaches 260℃/30s without yellowing, meeting the needs of high-speed injection molding.
